Carl starts by finding where time and money are leaking from a service business. Depending on the problem, he connects and configures tools the business already uses, sets up an off-the-shelf solution, or builds a custom piece for a workflow that existing products do not fit.

Nothing important happens in a black box the owner cannot see or override. A person stays in the loop.

1. We talk: a free twenty-minute conversation about what is eating the owner's week.
2. I map it: Carl maps how work moves through the business, finds the bottleneck, and gives the owner a plain-English plan for a flat fee quoted in advance.
3. I implement, you stay in control: Carl sets up the fix, shows the team how it runs, and leaves documentation so the business is not dependent on him.

### Do I have to switch the software I already use?

No. Carl starts with what the business already has. Most fixes make current tools work together rather than replace them.

Everything runs on accounts the client owns and comes with plain-English documentation. The business keeps running, and another competent technician can continue the work.

### How long does a fix take?

The map takes about a week. Most single-bottleneck fixes are live in two to four weeks.

The first conversation is free. The map is a flat fee quoted up front. Fixes are quoted per job after the scope is known.

### Will this replace employees?
